Amazon EB requesting PR - Connor27 - 06-22-2023 I have tried to SE AirPods at £230, they are requesting a PR and I have just received one of those OFM emails. Advice appreciated RE: Amazon EB requesting PR - Wreck_C - 06-22-2023 This happens when you are either asking for multiple refunds in such a short time or a relatively new account. You have to fill out the PR to get the refund and the account is half way cooked with that OFM. I had 1 other SE over 3x months ago with legit orders in between. Police in UK do not file reports for part of an Amazon order missing because it is amazons responsibility RE: Amazon EB requesting PR - Wreck_C - 06-22-2023 (06-22-2023, 03:19 PM)Connor27 Wrote:(06-22-2023, 03:15 PM)cookz028lulz Wrote: This happens when you are either asking for multiple refunds in such a short time or a relatively new account. I am sure you can file one online from what I have heard from people. You won't be getting your refund without a PR. The reason they asking for PR is because the system is asking for one, every other CS will tell you same. It doesn't matter if you did legit orders in between if it's just cheap orders. You can't dna/eb $500 worth of shit in 3 months but have no issue receiving the $70 worth of other shit you have purchased in that time lol. That's easy for the algorithm to flag refund request.
