Amazon require PR for MEB - Jackal - 05-29-2023

Basically, Amazon have firmly and repeatedly denied any progress towards a refund on a MEB earbuds claim without a police report.

They say that according to the weight taken, the earbuds were present and they will need to investigate the drivers to make sure it does not happen again.

I have spoken to multiple agents and they all genuinely seem clear on what I'm asking. Has Amazon's eb policy changed?

did you say that the box was tampered?

EB or DNA never really mattered with Amazon. Both are filed under order not received.

Have you gotten multiple refunds on this account or other related accounts (same address or card) ? If you have that why they are asking for a PR, your account is not giving them option to process courtesy refund.

It's not actually me. It's a friend who has never SEed before. So yeah different address different everything

hmm, I guess if it's his only order and the account was newly made , you can see the issue. Should have hit stores with guest account prevalent.

Is this only for fresh accounts? Mine did not need a PR but it was aged account
