Hi i’ve just attempted a DNA for Urban Outfitters. Value around £160. They delivered it via evri and now keep sending me this email whenever i protest the “outcome” of their investigation. Any help would be welcomed

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement on order (number) due to the proof of delivery provided via EVRi. The delivery provides that this was delivered to the correct location and to a recipient at the address on the 02.05.2023. Not really , it’s such a closeup photo that you can barely see the door that’s open and you can’t see the tracking number of the parcel or any details either. They’re just being so stubborn i don’t know how to move forward with the SE

The GPS coordinates obviously cannot conclude that the driver dropped off the package.
