Swappie Europe - pepes - 02-09-2023 I ordered an iPhone from Swappie, they send them via DHL and require signature Can I use EB method? What would work best? If I say it's damaged they will send a new one, and then I'm required to send old one back (they check if it's there so weights wouldnt work) Any ideas? RE: Swappie Europe - yeen - 02-09-2023 The phone is over 120g, don’t try eb Maybe DNA? You could fake sign RE: Swappie Europe - IDontCareAboutIt - 02-11-2023 (02-09-2023, 08:39 AM)pepes Wrote: I ordered an iPhone from Swappie, they send them via DHL and require signature did you manage to pull it off? I tried doing Swappie a few years ago with sending a phone, but switched it for another item and claimed it was their fault. Didn't work but made the reps laugh hahaha. RE: Swappie Europe - mothered - 02-11-2023 As @yeen stated, DNA It, but check If they're liable for lost shipments. RE: Swappie Europe - Rave0x - 02-12-2023 For France : I've checked their website and noticed that they ship/return using DHL Express. They also strongly advise us to schedule a pick-up return with DHL Express as using any other kind of returns won't offer the best security possible. Should I understand there that we can't return the package by ourselves? If so, any ftid/lit attempts should be avoided. RE: Swappie Europe - mothered - 02-13-2023 @pepes, have you pursued the SE? I have studied a bit their website, and found this : Code: Products are sold as they are. Swappie is not liable for any indirect costs which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the products or to meet any of our other obligations under these TermsMoreover, they also state that, regarding the returns, : Code: You are responsible for the products until they have been delivered to Swappie.I assume then only an EB/MEB or a RTS could do the trick, am i wrong boss?
