Wrong item received method on third-party product - azocines - 01-27-2023
Hi,
Do you know if the wrong item method works on Amazon if the main product comes from third-party seller but is shipped by Amazon ?

Ok thanks and for the cheap item to return with the method, must I also order another product from this third-party seller or can I choose any product on Amazon in same category and weight ?

So, just to be sure that I fully understand everythingyou said about this method, I must :
1) Order the product I want
2) Order a product in same category with same weight (with a different Amazon account on a different address of course)
3) When the main product comes, I contact Amazon support to tell them that when I opened the box, a different item was here
4) They will ask me to return the item, so I will return them the cheap item
5) After few days/weeks, they will send me replacement/return
Do I forget something ?

I just don't understand ont thing :
About the wrong item with the second account, is it possible to make it delivered in Amazon locker ? because it's if in Locker, I can't tell that I haven't received it or empty box (my product has 500g weight)

Okay yes but in this case, if I deliver in Amazon locker, I can't say that I haven't received it or empty box (weight of wrong item in my case : around 500g)
And Amazon will find strange and impossible that two people receive the exact same wrong item (on first account and second account)
Do you have a solution for this case ?
