Wrong item questions - Kushy - 12-20-2022 Would wrong item be suitable for an OTP delivery? I think it will be signature but figured id check anyways. Would it be suitable for an item that does not ship discreet? I.E. the item ships inside of the manufacturer box and it is clear and visible what it is from the outside. RE: Wrong item questions - WLT17 - 12-21-2022 no issue with that my friend. Thoughts on the fact that the original and wrong item package both are clearly identifiable based on the packaging? Both items ship in the manufacturer boxes. I'm referring to the way packages are "received" - signature, OTP or otherwise, which Is purely "accepting" the package and nothing more. Claiming a "wrong Item was enclosed", has no relevance to all that. This is for Amazon US if that helps in clarifying. You do not perform the wrong Item received method with CCTV cameras In place.
