Advice needed Carhartt - MinimalS - 10-06-2022

Hi so in short Im trying to do Wrong item recieved on Carhartt, I thought it would be pretty simple as I have the exact same trousers, with the tag on previously bought from ASOS, I just bought from Carhartt because I wanted to get ones in a different colour and return the ASOS ones. I emailed them saying the wrong colour came and they responded saying they want me to sign an oath and that they have security cameras to validate an investigation. Do i just take the loss? Im guessing I cant really return them now either since they have my order number. Any advice appreciated

Just sign it you have nothing to lose. If its the same value and same trousers they will more then likely accept them I think.

If you sign it chances are they won't go digging up the CCTV.

It asks for my name order number etc and then just has a confirmation signature under a quote saying that "I am telling the truth and I know the legal consequences of lieing and I am aware this may be presented in court if need be"

Hey I'm trying to DNA Carhartt. 2 pants, ~$400. Do you think it is doable?

B&HPhoto does the same thing. It's just a scare tactic.
Not surprised Carhartt is trying it, the brand screams cheap hick(no offence).
