Help with DNA - Gelbux - 09-19-2022
Rare DNA case; its friend's amazon.co.uk account, delivered was September 2, i claim DNA September 13 (he told me too late). Cs told me about investigation, 3 business days has passed and they did not send nothing to the mail, i claim again, cs told me to wait 3 business days more because investigation didn't finish and told me to come back September 23. What do you recommend to do in this case?
Points to add: delivery guy mark the delivery to my friend but he delivered to his mom and i saw the proof of delivery with fake sign and my friends name.
