DNA - JXN - 08-04-2022 I had a parcel delivered today and i claimed DNA, they provided proof of delivery as a close up photo of the package BEHIND my gate. the photo has no identifiable things in it relating it was my address ( no house number in the photo) do i say that this is not address? RE: DNA - Nulli - 08-04-2022 As long as the package was left by the gate unattended, you're free to DNA. A photo of the delivery is meaningless, whether address was shown or not; anyone could have stolen the package. There are simply too many factors to consider here which is why the photo is out of question. You just tell the rep that you were expecting a delivery but can't find it anywhere. Don't provide them with too much unnecessary details. RE: DNA - mothered - 08-04-2022 Quote:they provided proof of delivery as a close up photo of the package BEHIND my gateThey can take 100 photos of every angle, It doesn't change the fact that the package was left unattended, hence you didn't personally receive It. Quote: do i say that this is not address?Simply say you're still waiting for the package to arrive. They are requesting a statutory Declaration signed by myself a witness and a justice of the peace member.. what does this mean and is it safe to sign?? It may simply be required to purely move forward with the claim, but personally, I wouldn't sign It. Ultimately, It's your call. As such, PayPal cannot reverse It and will side with the seller. |
