Hi I’m looking to refund a pair of converse cdg from flannels uk, what’s the most successful method ?

I've heard from a few sources that flannels is almost impossible. Simply due to poor customer service. They don't seem to care ( alot like curry's )

I tried the dna method and I signed with a different name when I received the shoes, so it all went smooth and after the investigation finished I got my refund approved. Thanks for your help

Who is/was the courier for your flannels delivery and what was the amount of your purchase?
