I've heard from a few sources that flannels is almost impossible. Simply due to poor customer service. They don't seem to care ( alot like curry's )

First check If they're responsible for loss of goods, as well as the type of verification on delivery.

I tried the dna method and I signed with a different name when I received the shoes, so it all went smooth and after the investigation finished I got my refund approved. Thanks for your help
