It was very simple, upon receiving the jacket I called customer service and told them that I got a confirmation email about the parcel being delivered however I had not received anything. I had also asked the neighbours about it but they didn't receive anything either. The rep told me to wait another day just to be sure in case the deliveryman is late, 2 days later I called them again and the rep gave me a refund without escalating the matter.
So you phoned them instead of dealing with emails or live chat?
Also what country did you do this in out of curiosity?

The missing Item/partial method, also tends to succeed with Adidas more often than not.
