Upon trying to SE Logitech,
the operation was going for 2 months and they keep asking me for same things (send picture send video)
i sent them receipt, mouse with S/N and i Corrupt file when they asked for proof video
They told me

I'm new to SE and it's first time i meet this.
I think about 3 options
1-To say that my son has thrown the mouse long time ago since it was inoperable already and I've already provided proofs u asked for
2-I went to a city that's 1200KM far away with my son to celebrate new year with family.
3-We gave it to my sister's 7 years old son to play with it as it was broken and brought only depression to my son. I would go and look for it (he lost it).
4-What makes me trust you? You were playing me for 2 months, i don't have another 3 months to wait for your masturbation games and your customer support is really shit since you could have asked for that 2 months ago.

If to send them something, i don't know how yet. I'm living in Russia :#

Tell them that you're more than happy to send It via a given carrier (which you can box them), and see how they respond. If they're adamant It must be collected, you can use your excuse:

I never tried boxing method, it's the one with dry ice right?
I don't have the box of the mouse so in which boxing you propose to put the ice in?
I'm in Russia i don't know exactly how to do boxing from here or with which company since everything about this country is easily perplexing.
If you have some info i'd appreciate the contribution.

What Is the precise weight of the mouse Itself?

Just do another ticket with a different S/N, too much effort for such a low price item.
They usually go for instant approvement on live chats if you know what to talk about. Be natural, try to be as an usual customer who's pissed off by the problem occured of his product.
