First DNA questions - chiga - 11-11-2021

Hey guys, as the title states I am doing my first DNA on my own from Rhinoshield.io for some cases and screen protectors that equal about $90 or so and the items ship from china. So I waited until the day after the package arrived and told them that it says it’s delivered but I haven’t received my package yet. They told me to check with post office neighbors etc. to see if it could be anywhere else, I said I did not have any luck. Now they are asking what the post office told me and for my address so they can open an investigation… where should I go from here?

That's good.

They believe your story, which means they have no evidence to decline your claim at this stage.

Your only concern Is this:

As such, tell them the post office said the package was sent. It doesn't change what you're claiming about not receiving It.

Update: I got them to send a replacement as they said they do not do refunds, so I will just return the new items when they come in

Precisely what I'm questioning In my previous post.

I don't understand the relation between the DNA and the Items to be returned.

Precisely what I'm questioning In my previous post.

I don't understand the relation between the DNA and the Items to be returned.

I told them the items never arrived, so they are sending me a new shipment of the items I “never received”. So I will be returning those items to get my refund.
