New York Sued by AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile - Oni - 05-02-2021 New York is trying to introduce a price ceiling for broadband internet and the ISPs are suing. Typically when pricing is set below the equilibrium, it causes a shortage. Especially when service providers are not in agreement. I feel like there could be a better solution than these restrictions if so. In my locality, people are Income tested and those who fall as low-Income earners, are given ex-amount of dollars off their bills and other related utilities. I don't see how and why ISPs should be excluded. |
