Order cancelled, couldn’t verify information - Clasolsson - 04-01-2021
So I’m trying to make to buy something using my real name and address and card and it keep getting cancelled saying it could not verify my information... why could this be?
It’s Bloomingdale and I’ve never ordered there before

I did and they just said they couldn’t see what information couldn’t be verified

They're providing the service, so they should well and truly be able to Identify the Issue.
Keep contacting them until you get an answer.
