Michael kors - Brendaddy - 12-02-2020 I just got a Michael Kors duffle for 300 does anyone know if the missing item technique would work, if not what would. RE: Michael kors - mothered - 12-02-2020 What's the precise weight of the Item? Judging by Its description, It seems too heavy for the missing Item method. RE: Michael kors - Brendaddy - 12-02-2020 The item is 5.5 pounds............... Who's the company? I think it's Michael Kors directly. I was successful with them almost a year ago. The whole process took around a month to resolve and i even had DHL or UPS (can't remember which one) ringing my phone for more information. No doubt It will benefit the OP. Judging by what you've written, the DNA was used, yes? I wasn't expecting the courier to contact me but Michael Kors contacted them explaining the fabricated situation. You're stating an Item (or more) was missing In the package, and provided there were no signs of tampering, It's directly related to the company. Indeed, but MK stated that both items were sent and pointed the finger at the courier. They didn't provide proof that both items were sent after i asked them though. I told MK something along the lines of.. "To my knowledge the parcel didn't appear to have been tampered with". That Is, they'd need to justify why they believe the carrier Is at fault. If a damage report was raised at the carrier's depot, then yes, I'd understand the reasoning behind their actions. It was handled poorly by MK. If they did, you would've received correspondence. (12-03-2020, 10:14 AM)Rednaxela1 Wrote: I told MK something along the lines of..Nice work, particularly mentioning "to my knowledge". That puts you In the clear. |
