There is various public methods out there on refunding bud. I could do this for you for a fee but sure I guess I will give you some info. You're pretty much gonna want to hit Farfetch with PayPal.

Obviously you have the DNA, but that aside, you can opt for the wrong Item received. Alternatively, If It's packaged with no visible signs of the Item externally (example, no clear film), you can use the sealed box method within their refund policy time frame.

Pretty sure they don't reply to PayPal disputes? I'm assuming that's why you mentioned PayPal.
