I was thinking of the missing Item method, however It's too heavy.

Obviously you have the DNA, but that aside, you can opt for the wrong Item received. Alternatively, If It's packaged with no visible signs of the Item externally (example, no clear film), you can use the sealed box method within their refund policy time frame.
