Just got a voicemail from a purolator investigator stating that best buy has decided to open an investigation on a two month old refund?
Airpod Pros.
Should I just ignore it and not call them back?

I used DNA, with no complications with further SEs

I can only concur with this post. Use always the best suitable for the item.
