Do Deliveroo contact the store? - Rednaxela1 - 12-21-2019

I told them that the food was cold and that i was instantly sick during consumption. They then offered me a £2.50 credit. I told them i want the money from the entire order back. They have now emailed me asking for my consent for them to contact the store regarding food safety. I order from this store on a regular basis when not using Deliveroo so i don't want them doing this. Do they just say this or do they actually contact the store with the relevant information?

Thanks in advance.

You're overthinking it just let them contact the store.

They're not going to question the store with every matter relating to health and safety, over a £2.50 order. That's "If" they do contact them.
