Nike Refund - James1212lee - 09-16-2019

Hi guys, I’m looking at refunding an Apple Watch series 4 from Nike (UK) any methods you’d recommend/ anyone successfully refund them for an Apple Watch before? Was thinking about saying the watch wasn’t in packaging due to it being fairly light. Any tips/suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks.

It’s 48g, I’ve gone ahead and ordered the 399 model. Hopefully should be here today or tomorrow

I’ve received the Apple Watch just now, the woman who delivered it asked for my full name and had too sign for it. I’m assuming saying that the watch wasn’t in there would be the best course of action? If so I’ll contact them on live support today. Thanks for any help

Go with empty box method, should have a refund in 5 day then.

You should of waited for the series 5 to be released.

Signing for the package, has no relevance to the missing Item method.

It's best to contact them Immediately.
