so i ordered an apple watch with nike that costs £400 and it was delivered today, i used empty box as it has given me success before with this product and nike, and the rep said this "I see. Here's what we will do, I will go ahead and create an escalation request to start the investigation to find out your missing item. DPD driver may be interviewed and they might go back to your address to do a couple of investigation process. They can also work with the police as the order has been tagged as delivered.". last time i did nike they just said they would check cameras in the facility and get back to me, which they didnt. I was wondering if this is another scare tactic as theyre talking about interviewing the delivery driver and getting police involved.
The last thing i want is the delivery driver coming to my house and police involved
