Amazon.de Refund - winter2k - 04-11-2019
So I've been refunded for my Amazon.de order and I paid with my CC but the rep refunded it into my Gift Card Balance... Is there anyway to fix that?

The rep should've refunded It Into the payment system that was used to make the purchase, In this case, your credit card.
Call back and ask him/her to correct It.

My refunder said he went into the live chat and that the rep passed it on to the supervisors but I still had my gift balance, so I was a bit curious. So I just went into live chat and got it done myself and my gift balance was removed and they have processed a refund into my original payment method.

Very good to read that you've sorted It out.
It's always good practice, to first contact those responsible for the error.
