ASOS refund?? - Lurkeruser44 - 10-20-2018 Hey guys, I'm from europe and I'd like to try a partial refund on ASOS or Zalando, but I heard that they became very strict down here. Is it true? I wanted to oreder a Levi's sherpa jacket and a couple of sheap hoodie and then ask for a refund for the jacket. What do you think and how should i procede? RE: ASOS refund?? - AllWrappedUp - 10-20-2018 I done Zalando not that long ago to the UK, took around 3 minutes on the phone and signing a sheet to get the refund. I would go with your current partial plans

RE: ASOS refund?? - jstarc - 10-21-2018 I've also done both ASOS and Zalando in the UK both for partial but that was just over a year ago and apparently they have tightened security etc.. I did ASOS a week ago via email, their customer service is pretty good and it was easy work tbh, I got a full refund too, around £200 RE: ASOS refund?? - Lurkeruser44 - 10-21-2018 (10-21-2018, 03:05 PM)moneymaker6660 Wrote:(10-20-2018, 09:40 AM)Lurkeruser44 Wrote: Hey guys, I'm from europe and I'd like to try a partial refund on ASOS or Zalando, but I heard that they became very strict down here. RE: ASOS refund?? - Jimbo39238 - 10-22-2018 Also beware with clothing companies as quite a few of them run multiple different stores yet use the exact same customer service etc; for example A&F and Holister. One trick I always love doing when purchasing from stores where I do partial refunds is ask around with my friends and family whether anyone is interested in purchasing items. I claim all the items which were not purchased by me arrived and get a refund for the items I purchased myself, always works a treat
