Nordstrom wont give me any proof of delivery(which i know they don't have) or information on it until they have a police contact them which is absurd. What should I do next?

On my end I just emailed both representative and research team about my case because yesterday morning my claim was denied. After a fee minutes, I received an email of a refund confirmation. If you item was very expensive that might be a variable in your case.

The rep and delivery research team, never contacted the carrier. Also mine was around that price as well. Might be just the decision of the rep.

Ask them on what grounds does liaising with the police release the proof of delivery.
