They tend to claim they're not responsible for lost shipments.

On my end I just emailed both representative and research team about my case because yesterday morning my claim was denied. After a fee minutes, I received an email of a refund confirmation. If you item was very expensive that might be a variable in your case.

I told them " carrier stated they had no proof of delivery(picture/signature) yet you are holding my funds based on the proof you say they have which doesn't exist so a police investigation would not escalate. How can the police prove there is a theft if there was no proof of delivery? " Thats pretty much what i told them last.
