One of my friends received a full refund yesterday after claiming the Meta box was empty, it took around 2 and a half weeks to receive the refund. They didn't fight it at all, just had to wait.

When I really want this device or the extra 300€ I would charge back the money. But for this little money I‘m not sure if it‘s worth it. There may be a PR involved or me going to talk to the police.
I wish I‘d be able to turn it around in a more entertaining way for all of you. But sadly, I guess that was it
I have sent back the Quest 2 on the last day as they behaved the way they did and I wouldn‘t open a big case and fight for months because of such little money.
With the Quest Pro it would be worth it I guess…
