It's always the last resort and looking at where the claim currently stands, It may well come to hitting a chargeback.

I'm not sure how to do a chargeback with klarna as i do not use it sorry.

Pretty much the same as any other company.

Klarna offers Buyer Protection (similar to PayPal), thereby you can file a dispute through Klarna Itself.
