Make a thread saying you'll refund other people's orders.
Then you have them add you on Skype. Then after you hash down the details and you receive the payment (percentage of the item being refunded), you ignore the buyer until deal disputes are posted. Then you ignore those deal disputes and keep scamming people until you get banned.
That's how Pilot did it...at least.
