What do you guys do for money? #1
I was just curious to what jobs/businesses/ money making some of you guys here on sinisterly have/do. I run a business(not really) where I sell Amazon items on eBay and refund them!

Haha, I feel like that probably isn't a very good idea. It will work for a while, although if anything happens that would suck. Don't wanna get caught with that, might get worse punishment than just fraud.

My boss at co-op is awesome, so I get paid for what should be an "exposure opportunity", as my school calls it. I get to do what I love (programming, of course Tongue) for 3+ hours every other day, and I consider the $18/hr a bonus (the minimum student wage here is $10.55).

don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.

I am absolutely jealous. That is a great opportunity.

I work in the exciting business of video games - mainly the retailing bit - as I'm the "technician" for a ma and pap store, Nolan's Entertainment Center, which is local to me - we sell mainly video games, but we also do movies and music and have an arcade. I get paid mainly commission (hourly if I actually go in and work counters but I'm not a good people-person, I hate working the counter most of the time) to fix and mod consoles, repair carts, and help people with issues on their stuff. Occasionally I get to work on arcade cabinets for restoration and maintenance on the boards or controls when they break down, too.

On the side for a bit of pay I also do camera-work and props for movies - I own a nice lineup of cameras (16/35mm film and some nice 4K digitals) so I work on indie movie projects with anyone locally who needs a cameraman or equipment, and I have a fairly large lineup of random costumes and guns.

It's a lot of fun.

I love it so much; I actually get to do shit, too. I'm not just the intern that fetches coffee. I'm working with a handful of concurrent servers and learning so much just by actually applying what I already know.

I have been envying you since I saw the first time you mentioned your job. Its absolutely amazing, and you are incredibly lucky. My school...has nothing near this opportunity.

I'm actually happy for you and I wish I had similar opportunities for real-world experience and getting paid to learn new things. Can't go back in time though, or can I? Wink2
