Waited a week for a response to my request for photographic evidence. They just sent a copy and paste of the previous emails. I asked again with the exact same response from different reps. Actually have no idea how to get through to them

That's because they cannot provide any evidence, hence they're trying to get away with It by copying & pasting the same message.

If you decide to hit a chargeback, everything Is In your favor.

Gonna request a chargeback now. I did contact them by phone but after a while I was told that I'd be contacted by email so it was pointless. Any tips for chargebacks?

Just be sure to collect all evidence In support of your claim.

The more evidence you have on hand, the greater the chance of a successful result.
