Did you tried to generate a fake one? Like you purchased it from a thirt party (one small that they can't check)

Best bet would be to swap your headset with a freshly bought one off Amazon.

So it is not safe to sell a EB'ed Quest 2? Since they can just ban the accounts and the buyer will then come back to me or go to the police

ran into this issue recently having an item i sold blacklisted, would like to avoid items/companies like this at all costs, really not worth the hassle.
