I wouldn’t mention that to them, that will lead to a courier investigation to make it look like the parcel was tampered with. You want them to believe it was a manufacturing/packing error.

Just mention that the sunglasses case was empty and it will be a success.

The EB/missing Item method has a very high success rate against Ray-Ban.

If for some reason the claim Is declined, the package was tampered with and the shades were stolen In transit.

Mine took about 10 days or so but email replies were slow.. You can speed it up if you call them..

How are you guys doing this? EB with everything (case, papers..) but not the glasses? Or completely empty?
