You can open a ticket via phone (which they do for you) and the reply is always from "Cindy"
It is beyond ridiculous.
They even took 2 weeks to send me my return label for a legit order and return.
Their Reviews everywhere reflect this.
Unfortunately, SE'ers need to persevere with their lack of competency and mismanagement of claims.
