Just want to share that gopro se work so if others wanted to do it.
Gopro is known for its bad customer service so it will be ok your favour.
Order was for 400-ish
Claim dna.
Gopro will throw you around for a week or 2
Open a case with PayPal
PayPal will refund you the money
Sell on your gopro or keep for use
You WILL have to raise a case with PayPal. Gopro will not answer or reply and PayPal will close your case in your favour for a full refund.

That’s very odd they offer PayPal but ignore a dispute from them they just refunded themselves

I'd say It's safe to assume, that they'll catch on and tighten their claims management a lot sooner than later.

Since their support/ customer service/ orders team is so unbelievably bad to the point of non existent, it makes SEing gopro directly pretty easy through paypal.

They don't seem to have a protocol In place when processing orders and claims. At the time of this post, they're a complete mess.
Take advantage of PayPal disputes/claims and chargebacks while you can.

On trustpilot their reviews show that customer service is non-responsive so I would assume yes.
