You don't know this for sure- only they do.

I'm trying to clarify whether both accounts belong to you "under the same credentials", or whether "every Identifiable detail has been changed".  Is It the former or the latter?
Sorry I do not understand what do you mean.

I took a lot of precautions to not make Amazon linked my .it account with .de.
I'm sure it's not linked. As I said before I changed all:
- italian ip
- no cookies at all on the browser
- shipping address in italy
- different browser
- different email (created with anonaddy)
- phone number (based on UK)
- credit card that correspond on the name of the account

There is no intersection with my information on the .it account
Did you also change "every Identifiable detail" on both your accounts? Name, address etc?

Yes, of course.

Still nothing from amazon, my new account .de is still temporary blocked.

What about the payment system on both accounts, Is It a completely different merchant for each one?

On .it I pay with gift cards, on .de I connected a disposable card made with Revult Bank.

I really do not know why did amazon blocked my account.

update:
My account is still blocked, at least I discovered how they did it. It was (of course) my faul. I used a "virtual disposable credit card", I should have used a simple "virtual credit card".

I think that at this point they will close my account.

Can you please elaborate further on this, Inclusive of how you Identified the account block?

1) I discovered my account was blocked simply reading the email amazon had sent me.
2) To create that account I use a Revult (name of the bank) virtual disposable credit card, I think amazon discovered that my card was "disposable" and flag it as a possible fraud or something similar.

Although It may be difficult at times, Amazon (or any company on a large scale for that matter) can detect whether a VCC Is used.

Thanks for sharing your experience. This has given me an Idea to write on my blog- how to avoid VCC's being detected.

Better to create a fresh new account on your name with a new number with a vpn ...

Do keep us posted how things are going on at the moment
