No descriptions of who it was delivered to is being given, as I live in apartment anyone in building could have taken it.  Picture of delivery doesn’t show anything but a hand, DPD have lost the parcel and failing to comply with me. Apple won’t investigate further.

I feel like they are trying to push me over the return time too. I have been on live chat for the last hour trying to get them to push for a refund but the agent won't budge, I am going to phone them too, and see what they say.
