Its a macbook(4k) double dipped, and i told them thr second item was empty box and they believed.
But they want the first one back even though i told them its not working. Sad

To circumvent the return, use the disposed of the faulty Item method.

To circumvent the return, use the disposed of the faulty Item method.
I actually told them already that the item isn't working yet they still want the damaged item, for the replacement item i told them its leaking substance and they. Wanted to see the product i told them i already disposed it then they told me to get it out of the bin and send them pic then i told them i checked and the box was empty . They said okay but they still want the original item the first one which doesn't work Sad any way around this?

No its related to the replacement
Given you're double dipping, are you not replacing the first (original) Item, and then refunding the second?

So, what actually happened is i gave my account to a random guy to do the double dip as he only asked me 10% chrge .
Then he did something idk what and they sent a replacement. And then he couldn’t do the refund and bailed.

So when the dipped item arrived i told the customer service that the second item was leaking substances and i threw it in garbage as it’s dangerous. But then they still asked me to take pics of the package and item so i just sent them a pic of the package without the product in it and told them the package was empty when i pulled out of the garbage.
And that convinced them. But i still got a mail about sending back the original item . And i didnt see a prepaid label and then i called and asked them about the label and they said they dont have an option. I don’t know what to do Sad.

If you have tg i can send  you my logs to look into it if its fine with u. Would be great if you can help me in any way. Which you are already trying to do .
