Its a macbook(4k) double dipped, and i told them thr second item was empty box and they believed.
But they want the first one back even though i told them its not working.

I actually told them already that the item isn't working yet they still want the damaged item, for the replacement item i told them its leaking substance and they. Wanted to see the product i told them i already disposed it then they told me to get it out of the bin and send them pic then i told them i checked and the box was empty . They said okay but they still want the original item the first one which doesn't work any way around this?

So, what actually happened is i gave my account to a random guy to do the double dip as he only asked me 10% chrge .
Then he did something idk what and they sent a replacement. And then he couldn’t do the refund and bailed.

So when the dipped item arrived i told the customer service that the second item was leaking substances and i threw it in garbage as it’s dangerous. But then they still asked me to take pics of the package and item so i just sent them a pic of the package without the product in it and told them the package was empty when i pulled out of the garbage.
And that convinced them. But i still got a mail about sending back the original item . And i didnt see a prepaid label and then i called and asked them about the label and they said they dont have an option. I don’t know what to do .
