I'd say It's a question of "when" you'll be refunded, and not "If".

Sorry to steal this thread but I'm having issues wih an 2 items I purchased via Currys Ebay too...

I've asked for a refund but the problem is they wont issue me a returns label instead they keep trying to make me book a collection with them via DPD.

I've tried emailing, phoning, web chat, Ebay message and they all tell me to do the same thing...

Any suggestions of a way around this ? Please help.. I've had the item for almost 2 weeks now.
