Why did you use the missing Item/partial method with Items of this weight?

I'm not surprised It failed- the combined weight Is way too heavy.

Given the weight of the Items and method used, It will be a difficult process to recover your funds.

You can try a PayPal dispute/claim and If that fails, perform a chargeback via your credit card provider or a bank reversal with your merchant.
What do you say if I try to contact zalando saying that my neighbor had collected the parcel and to make a spite he hid the articles from me in the cellar so that I could find them am then when I talked to them about the complaint I wanted to make it revealed the joke to don't get into trouble? But since my nephew's birthday has already passed I don't need it anymore and then I tried to make a Fake Tid? You say it would be a good idea to recover the money?

You can certainly try this, but In the event they open an Investigation, It's best not to get your neighbor Involved.

If all goes well and you recover your funds, wait a while before performing another SE.

Any update on this?

I must admit saying only 1 item arrived out of 12 was pretty stupid. But I hope you've got good news. I'm not sure why you haven't updated us.

This ^

It's extremely unlikely (If not Impossible), for the warehouse to make a picking error on 11 Items.

First, check the authenticity of the document. Sometimes stores send their customers documents that have no legal value. That is, your seller could have sent you just a stupid piece of paper that does not prove that you will get your money back and that you will be able to return the goods. If I were you, I'd check it for [link redacted]. This checker will scan the document and will be able to show you if its ID is real, whether the seal is genuine, and so on. Always check the documents because you will not be able to prove that you took some parcel or used the services of any company at the most important moment. Remember my advice forever. It helped me once.
