this might be an issue and this can be set in a php file

You are incorrect. If you blocked an image from downloading it would defeat the purpose of having the image. if the browser cant download, it cant display it. you cant effectively block an image from being downloaded by specific applications (User agents are easily spoofed).

And even if it could be done... its obviously not his server, so how would you propose he changed the php.ini or php code?

http://php.net/manual/es/function.ini-set.php

anyways I will review his code and try it afterwards and see what he has done wrong

Look, this is a VB section. All the guy wants to do is pull images from the captcha and show in his VB form. The website does not belong to him, he is just a member. He does not have access to any php or php.ini

Linking to the php manual doesnt change the fact that you are incorrect. you cannot disable image downloading from php.ini and even if you could, that would be senseless. A browser needs to download/access the image in order for you to display it. Theres no logical point to disable images in php.ini and then display an image.

And seriously, are you retarded? what part of not his server, not his site, not his code, that you dont understand? Ive said something to this effect in at least 4 responses on this thread.

The answer is simple to this related question since I review the link: http://www.protypers.com/work/captcha

the link: http://www.protypers.com/work/captcha
redirects to: http://www.protypers.com/login

and you're trying to load the http://www.protypers.com/login into the image which is not possible.
you'd have to login (httpwebrequest + POST method) and then grab from the content with the ID/name of the image
this would probably be the only way
