I’d appreciate it if you could respond to this email including the following information so that we can open an investigation:
•A copy of your ID with your signature so that I can open an investigation with the carrier (you can hide sensitive information such as birth date from the picture).
•A picture of the delivery note
•A picture of the empty box
•In case it is confirmed that the package was delivered empty, we will then process a replacement order
•For a replacement: reconfirm the address where you would like for the item to be sent.
For the next 10 days, please don’t throw away the packaging as the courier might need to come back and collect it, for an internal investigation.
They said this and now they opened an investigation and said wait 10 days

I sent them my id and stuff and everything they requested I’m just waiting to see what they say , do you think it will b a success

The delivery company now collect the box and do a investigation before sunglasses hut do anything they said they can’t do anything until the delivery company finish there investigation.

Been over a week for me for the same investigation I think they’ve now started to assess claims properly.. mine is looking like a fail

Trouble is if they collect the box then sunglasses hut refuse a refund, how are we meant to send them back for a refund, massive L if that happens :/
