you don't want to do that... you will lose your item , you will lose your money... you will not handle this outcome . you are left with three options
1- keep pushing/calling customer service spam e-mails to hard mention your approved refund based on their investigation .

2- if return slot is closed call your carrier and tell them that one of their delivery drivers gave your missing item after he felt regret stealing it from your package so you want to make a special report also the immediat escalation of the problem as you wont let this action pass duo to the huge problems it caused with amazon " make sure the report is made with a case number after that is done call out your amazon customer service and give them the update and since you've received the stolen item in a damaged condition you want to return it as you have it in your position now , if they unlock the return slot the rest is basically is in your hand so decide what to do . remember this might cost someone's job ! so its all in your hands

3- just charge back the amount you paid .

How do i charge back? i used my debit card, btw im under 18 so my parents can see any disputes i open. I could try spam email them, can u tell me like a good idea of what to say?

How would they know It's related to your SE and not a legit chargeback?

If you perform a chargeback for nonreceipt of goods, the bank usually sides with the seller based on tracking confirmation. That aside, did you address the Issue with the account closure by using the details I've previously stated?

I believe my account has been closed on false grounds. You state that i have consistently requested refunds or a large number of orders, however i have only done this on two occasions where in both cases i had not received my package, nor did get sent a replacement or refund. Id like to request a clearer explanation on this closure.
