With most people there it took a minimum of 5 days. So I would be a bit more patient. Nothing to worry about yet

I’ve waited 7 days now with no update. I contacted and they told me I will get an update within 3-5 business days

It should still be fine. Mine was just refunded after eight days of waiting

When did you last contact them? Maybe send a chasing email if it's been a few days asking for an update.

You do not need to say anything to him/her. Or just don't open the door for them.

Unlikely as Meta don’t seem to take it to the carrier from what has been wrote on other threads. Looks more likely they assume it is their own fault
