The DNA triggers It a lot more often than not.

Im worried that the UPS driver will come back to my house and start asking questions. I live in USA what do u think the chances of them coming to my house? Ive done the DNA method about 5 give or take to my address and none of those times has a UPS driver came

Five times overall, or five times with UPS? In what timeframe?

They're very difficult to deal with when DNA'ing - they claim they're not liable for lost shipments, and refuse to justify and discuss It any further.

Mainly looking to hit New Balance and Nordstrom, would anyone give advice for a succesfull hit?

All done in last 5 weeks UK

Adidas £500 (2 pair y3 trainers) UPS

Nike £369.85 (nike tech tracksuit, pair tns) DPD

Nike £524.80 (nike tech tracksuit, 2 pair 97s) DPD

Asos £400+ (ongoing they opened an investigation 2 days ago) Evri

Both Nike orders were to different addresses using different payment details

Both Nike orders were delivered by DPD investigation opened and refunded the next day and 4 days after.

Can’t remember how long it took adidas to refund but was straight forward and easy

How did it end up with your Asos DNA? was this just for 1 item or multiple?

You're not obligated to answer any questions and concerns.

So update on my newbalance DNA, they made me wait 5 days then there making me wit another potential 10 business days. What are the chances of them denying my claim? They have no photo of the delivery or a signed signature.

They're obviously looking at ways to verify receipt of goods and decline the claim.

Be sure to stick to your story of not receiving the package.

I tried leaking cologne and they are sending replacement but made me put in credit card (used virtual with $1.94) and want me to send it back. I am going to try another agent and say I cut my finger and tossed it out.
