So currently Victoria Secret was a success, waiting for my NewBalance package to arrive.

Did they complicate matters, or was It somewhat relatively easy?

Nope they didnt even investigate they just told me to wait 2 days for my package and if it hasnt come by then they will refund me, they didnt investiaget or none

So my new balance package came in through UPS, no picture of delivery just a statement. I claimed the package says it was delivered on the tracking number but no package has shown up to me. Do you think i did all the steps right so far?

In future, don't mention anything about tracking.

Simply say that you're still waiting for the package to arrive and leave It at that.

With UPS I have had a DNA claim with them before. Expect a driver to maybe pop by and ask a few questions, I just simply said I never received it blah blah blah. Don’t recognise name given. I then had to sign a non receipt form then I got my refund from the company a short while after.

Im claiming through the company not ups. I really hope they dont come by because i live with my family and my mom received the package for me. Ive done dna about 5 times and none have contacted me

They told me to wait 5 business days and to contact them again. Same with victoria secret, they told me to wait a couple days and to contact again.

Im worried that the UPS driver will come back to my house and start asking questions. I live in USA what do u think the chances of them coming to my house? Ive done the DNA method about 5 give or take to my address and none of those times has a UPS driver came
