They didn't want to RF it.
They said than "I have send it back by myself, not with the regular way" and so that was my fault / my problem if they didn't have the package....
So I explain to a "manager" from a dark service how I could possibly did it completely outside from the regular way IF the statu of the return say I had give it
to UPS and amz wait for the return... It's on amz website, on the account, I can't log hack their website... Its written picked up waiting for it to arrive in our warehouse.... That has no logic. (BTW it still existing and still in transit tight now)
I was mad cause they Refuse me the RF because " I don't follow the rules of a return" "did it not in the regular way"
I was mad showing some screensave, women mails with stupid questions and their own OP write me to "send back the liking battery no problem it's the only way to refund" even Hzn I copy past the link of their own UGC...
So I write an article with screencapture to illustrate the story and how that was incredible and stupid (at this moment IDGF about refund, it was just a question of logic) but they just stop to answer me. I continue to call ask for manager, etc... But was SB or idk less and less answer... I have move for month to change life for a moment and let it down...
But trust me I have try and try during month... Could send you the article just to understand the whole story and figure how it was... Unlogic
