I don't believe banks here can simply just chargeback. I contacted my bank and they said they couldn't reverse the payment. I asked if they could contact Amazon themselves since I had received a refund confirmation and haven't been getting responses anymore but they weren't very appreciative of my idea because of the high amount of refunds on my bank account.

You didn't use a credit card?

You should still be able to open a dispute. The days may be more limited though.

Don't limit your contact to account specialists - email each and every department, Irrespective of their title.

Do you know any e-mail addresses for them/where I can find them?

Not off the top of my head.

Research.

I've emailed every department I could find information about and have received zero responses. It seems they have blacklisted my email address... When I try to explain the situation from another email address they don't respond either. Anything else I could do? My bank also won't help.

They would never respond from another email, it's in their privacy policy. They would tell you to email from the account it's concerning though. I'm still confused why your bank won't help. Tell me the Amazon site again and I'll see if I can find an email for you. At this point though, I think your best bet is charging back.
